It used to be someone in charge like Catherine Powell, would check messages and posts here once in a while back in a day before she left. I am wondering is there someone from airbnb in similar position like say Tara Bunch is here?

We used to have Laura Chambers from Australia in here to, she is greatly missed as she was immediately of assistance and helped escalate matters to IT teams unlike the copy paste to Customer Services who in today's era are lacking in competency.

Sadly when Laura went, so did a bunch of Australian contributors to the Community Centre, however that also tied in with the change over of moderators.
