As a host, how can I cancel upcoming bookings?

My airbnb lake house is now under fire by local ordinances and police are knocking on doors to see if people are short term renters.  I have a lot of upcoming guests and can't find Airbnb policy on host cancellations.  Anyone have suggestions?

Did you not check the local laws/restrictions before you started listing or have they changed recently?

Yes, I did check before listing.  They recently changed.  There are many of us dealing with this the last few days.
