It was clear, a guest I was hosting didn't read the house rules and I have in writing he agreed to them. I addressed the issue there no additional guests allowed on property w/o my permission (The guy showed up with four of his friends & stood outside my house - half of them attempted to enter my living room at 3 am in the morning. Honestly, the situation made me feel uncomfortable and I addressed this with the guest that night and later after the fact - have this incident all on video and archived).
As a host, I communicated regarding the house rules again and again, throughout the stay and they were not followed. He then retailed against me two times for this and he didn't have a clue its a violation of my personal property and safety.
