Blue Villa Hostel Panglao

I would like to commend the prompt response of the Host in @BluevillaHostel Panglao. I have made a reservation for October 2020 but due to the Covid-19 pandemic and economic situation, I am compelled to cancel my reservation as we are faced with unpaid leaves, no work no pay and possible layoffs... I have corresponded with the Host and she has promptly responded to my request with kindness and understanding... As i requested foe a full refund of the payment I have made and she was so accommodating to my humble plea... My faith in humanity is once again restored especially during this difficult period... And we can only pray for the pandemic to disappear soonest.

I still look forward  to staying in Blue Villa hostel in the very near future... GOD willing 🙏
