Booking by a person representing group, not staying

This was a first in four years. Trevor, from CA, booked a stay for three members of a film crew who he said were responsible and respectful of property. They’re were no fewer than eight people going in and out at all hours. I reviewed cameras.  They had our lock codes on phones, but couldn’t figure out how to unlock doors and pulled on knobs. They left food and trash and house reeked of smoke. They left a window open, they put a plastic container on toaster oven and ruined both. I have no idea how to find this third person booking! NEVER again.
