Booking cancelled due to severe injury - where to send the doctors documentation/note

Hello everyone,

I sadly had to cancel my trip (which was to happen last week) due to a severe and unforeseen injury.

After talking to one of the Airbnb specialists, he archived our conversation until I could provide my doctors note (because he was on holiday himself) and the could check for fully refunding me.

Now I finally have it but since the conversation has been archived and closed I don't know where to send the document to.

Calling the hotline sadly didn't help at all.

Is there anyone who can help me out here?!

@Ben3598  I wonder if you looked into your Inbox if you would find the conversation thread and be able to attach a file with the doctor's note.  Just a thought

Hi Linda,

thanks for your reply. Sadly the conversation has already been closed by Airbnb and so the only way to do it is to send them a new message (which I already did) but as you might already know the waiting times are ridiculously long 😕 

So I guess I just have to wait and hope for the best I guess.
