Booking in our Airbnb on eve of 21 day shutdown

We are on the eve of a 21 day shutdown in South Africa starting at midnight 26 March 

I have just a a very strange booking request with encrypted code to call a verified airbnb guest. I like to keep and open mind not assume it’s a scam but does seem suspicious

here is the message from Yo.

do u have a special offer for the next 3-4 weeks ? regarding the shutdown that affects also this app, could we speak about the options ? Pls read between my lines below , it should give u the possibility to ring me .

I am sure that u know that la general logdown starts at 0h / midnight. So today i woke up at seven to get my grocery done. I went to the store to buy eighteen water bottles and fifteen beer. I counted sixty one people cueing at the cashier, including me, means that sixty people were in front of me!

Clearly someone trying to scam you just decline and report to Airbnb. @Maria-and-Shawn0 

Many hosts are blocking their calendars over the next few months so we don't come up in searches.

I would have started laughing at the whole cloak & dagger theme..
