I can't update my bank account details, I can't setup the 2 factor authentication. It always asks me for a code which I can't access because I no longer have access to that phone number nor email account. I have also tried the 'need help' option where airbnb are supposed to get in touch via email, but they never do...It's been an entire month trying and already had 7 guests which for I haven't been able to get payed for. I've now spoken with more than 5 people on the phone and another 10 people in chat, all of whom have been no help and actually lied that my case was escalated to "the correct team" but they never get back to me. I've been forwarded to the 'Trust Team' 2 weeks ago, but again have heard nothing back. I only have left to cancel my future bookings as I have no confidence I am going to get this resolved any time soon. Has anyone else had this situation? Where can I get proper assistance?
