Cancellation Policy

Hello you guys

I would like to draw your attention to the current state of corona virus in the world.

You are the only company that does not stand alongside the hosts in such a difficult situation

The airlines save the money, the booking company and Expedia can save the money and send the guest the right to book other dates over the next 12 months. The condition of returning the funds 100% to guests is a very difficult policy

I recommend that you reserve the right to book in the future

Or make a 50% refund policy

Or something else that is not 100% refund to guests.

We are your partners on the platform and you are not standing by us at this difficult time.

As far as he is concerned, the guest may lose once

But I lose dozens of times, with a 100% refund immediately. Without 1% of the amount I can save myself to cover losses.

This form is against your interests, I am here to warn of dozens and hundreds of apartments that are going to be dropped off the site over the next few weeks in Israel.

This situation is not in your best interest.

You should also protect the guest side. But we are your customers, too.

The form you are not standing next to the hosts in any way,

We stand in the firing range absorbing direct injury. And you don't make any effort to keep the hosts who have been working with you for years.

It's time for some protection and help in this situation.

The host community will appreciate it.

I look forward to new guidelines on return policy and mutual assistance. So that we don't all crash, thank you very much

Sorry not true @Ben299 lots of accommodation providers are providing full refunds.

Why don't you look at your specialist home insurance for STRs and see if you are covered for these sorts of cancellations.

Hotels and airlines are absorbing these costs. Airbnb is simply the platform, you're the business. Cost is on you.

@Robert4676 , hotels and airlines will also lose money.
