Cancellation

Because of Covid, we have many cancellations when people are unable to travel.  Our policy is that cancellations are fully refunded and we post this on our site.  However, AirBnB are charging people more than $50 for a "booking fee".  This is totally against our understanding of how the system should work.  Should we leave AirBnB and enrol with a service that allows us to honour our commitments?

@John5644   That is how Airbnb works. That they won't get their service fees refunded if they cancel more than 48 hours after booking is stated on the cancellation policies, which guests often fail to read.
