Cancellation

Hi

 I can't work this out.

I had a booking for two nights, Friday/Sat this weekend

It was cancelled tonight due to illness.

I have a moderate cancellation policy so full refund up to 5 days prior.

This is night before.  Booking was £90.00 per night.  But Air bnb have now

sent a transaction for one night of £90.00 and one night of £45.00

Why is this please

@Christine3048  Have you actually read the full terms of your moderate policy?

Moderate

• Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).
• After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night and service fee.

So your guests were charged in full for Friday night and 50% for Sat., as stated.

@Christine3048 I would change to a Strict policy if I were you. Even this policy is not that strict!
