I am not able to confirm and pay, my profile is up to date and everything has been verified. The host I am seeking service from has sent me special offers to see if we can get around the issue but still no resolve. Can someone help please. Support has no idea whats wrong as well
There have been a lot of tech glitches reported lately and support seems to be getting worse every day.
If you are using the phone app, try on a computer with the desktop version, or vice versa. Sometimes things work on one but not the other. Don't know what else to suggest.
