I need to change the booking with the number **.

My client has to canceld the booking due of personal problems. 

I can't do the change, and it's written, that I has to contact you.

If the guest has a personal problem, he needs to cancel.

If you cancel the booking, you will block the days and will have to pay a fee (50 USD)

The guest need to log in, go to MY TRIPS, click on Click or cancel, and cancel.
