Hello. I have had difficulty getting an answer from Airbnb reps on how to change my phone number for guests to contact me and how to get the 2-step ID done if I no longer have the SIm car and number that I previously had.
The reps keep telling me to go into the account section and edit, but that only prompts the 2-step verification, which I cannot receive. The reps told me to inquire for "help," which I did, and they only block the account and then opened it up a few hours later and on and on.
I called and the same thing. Have no clue what to do. Does anyone have a solution? This must be a fairly common problem.
