Hello there😊

I'm a new host at the beginning of my experience on Airbnb, I am living in Slovenia, while I lived almost my entire life in Italy previously, and some years in Germany when growing up.

I like to meet people of all ages, languages and groups, so I'm open to chat and get to know this community better.

If you share a mutual interest, or have any advice for me also as a beginner please hit me up💞

Hello,

Couple ideas

You need 2 listings, 1 bedroom each but linked so if 2 guests then they rent two rooms if 1 guest the other room is  available to someone else

Include kitchen pictures so they can see they have something to use

I think Airbnb computer issue I see a lot lately it says no essentials which you obviously offer toilet paper  haha.

Dear Marie,

thank you so much for your insight, I changed the listings does it look better now? I think it will be much helpful to manage both of the room's guests 😊

That's so weird, it is probably the computer for me as well, because I checked for the essentials haha

@Giulia1587

Much better. Dining area looks very nice.  Add  a picture of the fridge, microwave  sink are.  A lot of Hosts usee  free  chatgpt  to write their description info, just put what you have and it writes  very good text.  Also put like house rules,fill everything out missing info  makes guests  nervous of what to expect or if you are real  haha.

I am learning something new from you Marie

😀

@Carmeleta0

I  rent   more   than 1  room.    My   types of  guests are usually  business so  usually one room.   Sometimes   for the longer  stay's their significant other  might visit  for  a week or  two.    I  have 2 rooms that  share a  bath..   That works out fine.  The reason that  works is because  I ask for  a tentative  schedule  I explain to  them  nobody  wants  to stand in line to  brush their teeth  and  this helees me  prevent it

Right   now my ttwo Guest  sharing are both  contract  workers but one leaves at 5 am the other   noon    so     non    conflicts

Thanks, Marie. Initially, that's what we want to do to get contract workers but doesn't know how to go about it. I have six bedrooms and five bathrooms can you give me some ideas on how to list this property properly to get guests or contract workers?  I appreciate your input.

@Carmeleta0

 It depends on   the  market  for  your   area.  When I rented everyone was sort  term.  Now I  am  a small   town  in   Arizona, our highlight is Costco  opened  haha.

My husband  thought  I was  crazy   lol.

  I  very  rent off  facebook noot a  good  selection  to  me. it was good research to   find  my  market.  I  am about 20  minutes away  from  the  Nuclear  plant and like  twice a  year they   do  a set review and they bring inn hundred of temporary  worker .  Arizona right  now  for   obstruccionista    brindis a lot of solar  or  construction specialists.

Because especially   now  in  Arizona,  it iis triple  digit  weather  most leave   for work at  5   am.    My house rules compared to Hawaii  seem    very  strict but  to  mmy  market  that  goes to    bed  very  early  they love that    they can go to   bed at   8pm  and the house is pretty  much   quiet

So you don't pick your  market,  your   location  picks..  Look  on the  internet   who  is in  your  area    vacationers or  contract  workers.   III always pick  my   Guests  brains   nicely loll.   My   room    set  up   is    a  LOT   different then   my   room  set  uo   for vacationers.  Both  can   be   good   markets  sell    to    them    not  you
