Hi @John5375 and @Helen3 we are superhosts ourselves - based in Bedfordshire, Liverpool and Hertfordshire.  We set up a cleaning company to deal with Airbnb changeovers, our cleaners were previously in hotel management and so ALWAYS do a fantastic job, we also keep a close eye on our services so are able to maintain high quality.
