Client doesnt send me his passport

For the local authorities, I need the guests' passport or ID, but I could not receive it even after their departure. Can Airbnb facilitate me those documents?

Unfortunatelly, AIRBNB will help you with that.

AirBNB does not have this information anyway

if you truly need it, you must mention it in your house rule, but you don’t, therefore your guest do not have any requirements to do so.

and once it is on your house rule, you should repeat that requirements in your communication with the guest before their arrival.

and you should be there on the first day to welcome them to ensure they provide it. And if they do not, you could ask them to cancel their reservation or you could contact AirBNB for a cancellation.

Is that a legal requirements from your country?

how does the other host manage to do that ??
