Quality Control clearly isn't very important in AirBNB's engineering department. Today, out of the blue I can no longer see upcoming reservations or accept new inquiries. This isn't the first time co-hosting has been completely broken for a few days. Tested on the desktop and mobile app.
It's broken for us too. We can see confirmed bookings, but cannot message or do anything with them. Also happening with existing reservations so there is no way to get in touch with guests. This same exact issue happened a couple months ago.
I've been told that the team is currently still working on this issue. I will try to come back to you as soon as I have more information on any changes.
