Complaints Policy

Do Airbnb have a complaints policy that covers how complaints made by hosts about Airbnb customer services should be handled. I am finding it impossible to actually complain, because everyone I speak to or message tells me there is no procedure for handling complaints from hosts. Surely that can't be true?... My legitimate, reasonable questions are just repeatedly ignored. It's driving me bonkers!

@Hannah646 incredibly frustrating isn't it?

 

The best way to get action ( so i've heard) is to use twitter and/or go public - the company does not like negative publicty

@Susan17 may have some ideas to contribute.

 

What are you actually experiencing difficulties with?

If you post here ( possibly in Host circle rather than the generic help) hosts may be able to advise - help- guide.
