Confirmation about guest review in case of cancelation

Dear AirBnB,

 

We have the review of Korean guest on 1/31/2020 with 1 star level.

She has come to Hoang Gia Trang and cancelled the booking, because of unsatisfying about our location.

We has accepted and picked her from our Homestay to Dalat center.

But we are wonder that they could have the bad review for us in case of cancellation booking.

It is really influence on our business since that day. Because we had in super host level being down to 4.7 rating.

Please help us to answer a reasonable feedback.

@Hà7  Once the check-in day has arrived, both guest and host are able to post reviews, even if the guest chooses not to stay.

 

I can't see what was written in the Korean review because auto-correct only turns out total nonsense. But if it doesn't violate the Content Policy, Airbnb is not going to remove it.

 

The bigger issue now is that the last booking on your record was canceled by the host. This does a lot more damage to your business than a negative review. Also, you will probably find that the Coronavirus scare is significantly disrupting international travel, so business is likely to be down for the coming months anyway.
