Congratulations Airbnb Superhost April 2025.jpg

Hi everyone!

It has been a long time since January, but I’m back to announce the new Superhosts of the Community Center! Congratulations to everyone! It’s a pleasure to have you with us. 🤗

As we recognize your achievements and Superhost status, remember that we are here to help you with any challenges or difficulties that you encounter on your journey. It doesn’t matter what the question or the problem is; if you are trying to find help, recommendations, tips, or any advice, I’m happy to tell you, this is your place! 🏡

Not only will you learn, but you will also make genuine connections with members all over the world! We are lucky to have the opportunity to engage with different communities where amazing people are ready to share thoughts and start connections. English 🇬🇧, Spanish 🇪🇸, German 🇩🇪… These are only a few examples of the communities that you can find in the forum. Are you interested in finding the rest? If you click on the globe located at the top-right of the community page, you will be able to explore all of our communities. What are you waiting for? 🌎

We also love to hear from you. From unforgettable experiences to valuable learnings that you have acquired over the years, we want to know! Do you have any tips for aspiring hosts or Superhosts? What aspects of hosting bring you the most joy?

Once again, congratulations to each of you! 🎉 🎊

Best regards,
Alex

Hi

I try to respond to messages promptly, make sure the house is well presented, leave a welcome basket as I’m sure most people do, it always contains a freshly homemade wheaten in it which seems to be well appreciated by all.

i usually welcome people in person and inform them about local places to eat/visit, sometimes maybe even book restaurant and/or taxis for them if they want.(this can be a hassle for guests if their mobile phones aren’t set up for visiting)

hope this is helpful although I’m sure you are probably doing most of it anyhow.

Many thanks Alex. Still love getting. The Superhosts email each quarter, even after all these years.

Hello @Geoff7!

It's a pleasure to have you with us all this time and to continue celebrating your Superhost status! What's the key to achieving this recognition year after year?

Hi Alex and all the other host, I'm Sheila! I'm so excited! I've made super host four times in a row! The tip I would give is always respond in a timely matter. And keep your house extremely clean. I may be a little obsessed because it takes me days to get it back clean after someone leaves. I don't  even want to see a hair on the floor!🤣 So you wanna just treat it like somewhere you're going to stay and care about your guest's overall experience.

Wow, @Sheila803! Four times on a raw! Congratulations!

How did you learn all these tips that have helped you achieve this level of expertise? 👀

Thanks, Alex. I think just really caring about your property and not just using it for just income. And I guess having a little O. C. D. doesn't hurt either!🤣

Thanks, Alex! Always great to reconnect with this amazing community. Hosting has brought me so many lessons and great conversations, and it’s clear that the heart of this space is the people. Excited to keep growing together—congrats to all the new Superhosts out there!

And we are excited to keep growing by your side, @Wade62!

How many times have you been recognized as a Superhost? What tips would you share with the rest of the Community? 💭
