Thank you Breanna.  I have been hosting for less than  a year now in Orlando Florida, I took a few months break last year. I sell Real Estate and I am  Flight Attendant for a major carrier that takes me out of the country 3 days a week and somehow I still managed to make superhost without a cohost.  I dedicate myself to my STR and place myself in guest’s place and make it a point to not have issues I encounter when I stay in hotels for work or other str’s for leisure.

Thank you! It is my first time hosting and getting superhost. It has been insane taking care of our growing family, working ft an taking care of our guest property. I am thrilled that people have been enjoying our little home away from home.

Hi Breanna, I enjoyed being a Superhost for 4 years but after a particularly difficult guest (who I deserved extra credit for dealing with!) I've found that I've been denied Superhost status for a year now. I've contacted AirBnB help, provided the information on the review ratings of all my guests (all 5 star reviews), I've met all the targets such as less than 10 minutes reply time for communication. But the help team only gave general replies and never addressed the issues raised, such as how the number of reviews mysteriously dropped from 256 to 239, that all criteria had been met or exceeded, or that there are other Superhosts in my area with lower star ratings and less reviews. I have contacted AirBnB help over the suspect Superhost reviews with the same result each time, that I should wait until the end of the next review period. I'd like to think it won't happen again in the next review period but if  clear run of 5 star reviews and all criteria met hasn't produced a result I don't have any faith that it will result in a positive outcome next time

Thank you Breanna, We have a condo in Kihei, Maui that was luckily untouched by the fires that ravaged Lahiana and Kula.  We live in  Alberta Canada and winters are very cold.  Our condo has been our families winter break from the cold since our kids were babies and it is a true paradise.  I am glad to have shared our condo with many guests all over the world.  Many have celebrated honeymoons, anniversaries, and special birthdays there.  I love to read the guest book and see that they too are making memories there and enjoy the place as much as we do.  Airbnb makes it so much easier for us to rent it out and we have always had respectful guests.  The fires have effected the tourism on the island, but the areas effected are getting rebuilt and I'm starting to see more people viewing our listing.  Airbnb makes it easy to see what other hosts are doing with pricing and ways to give special offers to guests to keep our cleaner and other people on the island employed after the fires.  Happy to be a super host!  We have a wonderful cleaner that works with guests flight times,  the beauty and great weather on the island and the wonderful people that live there are the reason I keep making Superhost status.  'It takes a village'.
