I had several communications with Airbnb 3 weeks ago with reference to the 25% contribution as assistance to Hosts due to guest received full refund on their reservation’s cancellation. Unfortunately, to date I have not heard when this financial assistance take place. Please reply to Richard via email. Thank you
@Richard1924 You have posted this on what is just a discusion forum for hosts and guests. This isn't Airbnb customer service. And there are about 50 posts here asking the same thing. It's aways a good idea to read through a couple pages of posts here, or do a search, to see if your question or comment has been addressed before posting exactly the same thing 50 other people have posted.
