Create a new listing which will be managed by a company

Hello,

I have currently two listings on Airbnb, one which I rent out actively. 

Now with my wife we have bought a new house that we will use exclusively for renting out, but this one will be managed through a company that we are in the process of creating. Can I create the new listing under my profile but have the rent go to the account of the company and not my account ? And also have it as a separate entity for the tax declaration ?
