Scam in Pueblo by John

I rented the room I paid for it I was approved. But John basically gave me a 15 min window to get to his house to be let in. When it took me 17 minutes he left and said sorry he was busy with other things. He said Airbnb was more of a pain than anything and he has been sent sex traffickers and prostitutes. I was never let in his house, he refuses to refund me and trashed me on airbnb. IN REALITY.... I paid full price and never set foot in the house never met the host and airbnb especially WILLOW has done absolutely nothing to help. 

I was scammed and slandered and there is no recourse?????

I also sent time stamped text messages to airbnb still NOTHING!

Use twitter to contact airbnb.

also, call them, do not accept the treatment, escalate if you have to.

No guest should be treated like that.
