Customer rip off

Hi everyone 

Just want to share my experiences with you 

I tried to rent room in mississauga around 5 oclock afternoon on 7 of april 2020 after too much hassles the host give me finally I booked it and figured it out it's a basement and washrooms are not in same floor try to canceled it but both host and airbnb are trying to rip me off cuze they dont have any travellers due to this epidemic situation .

@Kaveh6  The fact that it's a basement and that the washroom is on a different floor should have been evident from the listing description. Did you bother to read thoroughly through the listing information? Or are you just trying to make someone else responsible for your inattention to exactly what you were booking?
