Some customer reps are really good and should be rewarded, while others are horrible and should be out of platform. Let's do it guys. Let's send tons of feedback. In case you are lazy. I will put it here, so that you can copy paste:
Please add procedures to rate customer support and those who get lowest scale to be out of platform. There is a procedure but it works in 1 case out of 20 now. Please also have a complaint form that will allow to replace any customer support agent that is not being helpful.
