Deactivating listing with no reason!

Its unaccepted that airbnb deactivating the listing  just they by themselves. Airbnb not even inform the host about the guests complain or what happened ! ! if its a conflict two parties are involved, but airbnb doesnt take in consideration the side of the host!  And no information why and whats happened.  They just said that they will investigate the listing and that's it.  As I've read in the community center, there were similar cases with other hosts, even with super host!!  Thats a shame!

This is unfortunately the way Airbnb operates when a issue occurs.

I noticed your profile shows 61 listings !

A assume only 1 listing is suspended ?
