What is going on with Airbnb pay outs? Before the pandemic, pay outs were prompt. I would get paid on the day or day after a guest checked in.
NOW, since re-opening, my payments are coming AFTER guests check out. This is not cool! I don't have the time or the energy to babysit my
payment status. This is NOT a way to keep us Hosts happy, especially since WE do the heavy lifting of the biz. Holding our $ longer is a way to
beef up their books.
I'm guessing this isn't just happening to me. Getting a hold of anyone who has real knowledge at Airbnb CS is a joke, so I'm not even going to bother.
Your thoughts? Anything we can do?
