Airbnb in its eagerness to promote Anti discrimination policy is including unmarried couples in this reference.

Many casual guests are misusing this to book rooms for using for one night stands and hiring prostitutes.This policy makes Airbnb encourage Prostitution which is banned in many places.

It is high time that Airbnb studies the misuse and takes corrective action on this matter for its own respect.

Outside of the United States, the European Union, and Canada, some countries or communities may allow or even require people to make accommodation distinctions based on, for example, marital status, national origin, gender or sexual orientation, in violation of our general nondiscrimination philosophy. In these cases, we do not require hosts to violate local laws, nor to accept guests that could expose the hosts to a real and demonstrable risk of arrest, or physical harm to their persons or property. Hosts who live in such areas should set out any such restriction on their ability to host particular guests in their listing, so that prospective guests are aware of the issue and Airbnb can confirm the necessity for such an action. 

Anyway, fine print aside, there are many possible reasons that a listing might be attracting sex workers or the guests who hire them, but the family-status discrimination policy is really not one of the reasons. (Did you know that married couples often hire sex workers too?)

If this is an ongoing problem for you, you might try:

-  reducing the maximum occupancy to 1 guest, no visitors

-  setting a minimum stay of 3 days or more to weed out "casual" guests and one-night-stands

-  strictly enforcing a rule that only paid and registered guests may enter the property, and requiring ID at check-in

- raising the room rate and offering a weekly discount, to incentivize longer stays

 -  listing on a different platform with a higher bar of entry

As mentioned in the policy @Anonymous shared, if you're in a country where you have a restriction on your ability to host certain guests, it's best to mention this in the listing so prospective guests are aware. If you ever suspect your guest(s) to be involved in illegal activities, call the police.

Thanks for update But my question is only for action of Mr Charlie of Airbnb,can he act without hearing both parties Host and Guest .

If his actions are biased then what action does Airbnb impose 

I am raising this concern for benifit of Hosting community which swears by Policies of Airbnb

@Kundan0 It is possible that your listing or account is suspended while an investigation is happening. The Terms of Service and this Help Centre article give a few reasons as to why your account may have been suspended.

My question was clear My case was not that of discrimination why was it not being investigated.

Everone from Airbnb tries to defend I. Replies but No one gives a straight answer.

The leaders at Airbnb have guts to say we work these way and we do what we like then beating around the bush.

No one wants to take responsibility and sort out the truth
