Hi, I've just had an inquiry from a guest. First she asked if she could bring her dog, then she asks the exact same question.. but it's now "an anxiety dog". I've read her reviews from other hosts and it appears she has "dogs" 😀
Basically we don't allow pets for many reasons, the main one being a neighbours dog drowned in the swimming pool.
Can you refuse to accept emotional support animals, or is that going to get me into BIG trouble?
@Chris2003 you can reject ESA's as long as it is legal to do so in your location. Given that (thankfully) the whole ESA thing has not reached the UK yet you should be fine rejecting her. There is an Airbnb help on the subject that you could read - someone may link to it in another answer.
