Emotional Support Dog

I have someone asking to bring her youngest daughter's dog. She is a cancer survivor and said it's a service dog.

I can ask only two questions legally, Is the dog required for a disability, and what service is it trained to do?

It the answer is No, and it isn't trained to perform a service, do I have to accept it in my rental?

Honestly, I'm concerned that my neighbors 2 Huskies that often roam onto my property may get in a fight with it, and what if the child is hurt?

Or it barks and disturbs the neighbors?

This is a no win situation if either happens, let alone that my housekeepers charge more to clean pet properties.

I'm a SuperHost and I try to provide a great experience, but how can I protect myself and my property??

@Pat365  When people ask if they can bring a pet to my no-pet-policy place, I say, "You sound amazing and so does your dog, but people with severe pet allergies book my place and need to know they won't be triggered when they come, so I'm terribly sorry but yes, the policy is strict."  They always go away with a thank you, but I know I am dodging a bullet each time.  It's really a difficult position because someone with an ESA could trump someone with a severe pet allergy by Airbnb policy and I wonder how fair that is.  Is lack of an ESA as life-threatening as a severe pet allergy?

And if a guest insists on bringing their ESA and the following guest has a severe allergic reaction,  and complains to Airbnb that they booked a no pets listing where a dog had, in fact,  been present, and got sick from it, how much you wanna bet Airbnb would give them a full refund and chastise the host for not cleaning well enough?
