When I log in and want to see my listing I get this error;
com.airbnb.services.exceptions.ServiceClientException: Exception: exception_unknown, message: IDL-defined service exception thrown from the server side.
because of this the listing is also not viewable for anyone. So people can not book as well.
is there any solution known?
I think it is a local issue with your connection, as i can see the listing normally.

Yes, actually the listing with the error is of a friend of mine but he is so frustrated about this issue its better I try to solve it. He might throw his laptop against the wall 🙂

yeah the error still excist. I called Support many times but they have no clue. They just say they forwarded the case to Technical support but they aint solving it. My friend is minda relying on his airbnb income but because of this error people cant book and he is losing money.
its unbelievable nobody can solve this issue. For sure its a server side issue. Probably something with Java or SQL.
i so hope you can fix it because its very bad. Its high season (after 2 years corona) and not to be able to accept bookings is beyond frustrating for my friend

you will see many listings with this error, and If i read on forums, people are allready giving up, they closing their account because there is just no solution and no feedback from Airbnb Support..
