Ugh, @Lenore22 . I feel ya. I've had two of those back to back just recently, after almost two years of straight 5's. The most frustrating part of it is only getting great feedback to go along with the 4. So what was the point of the 4 then, when there apparently is nothing we can improve on. I even ask guests, when I send my check out thank you, to let me know if there is anything I could have done to make their stay better. The second guest to award me the 4 replied back with 'Nothing, and by the way, I would like to know what kind of bed that is...best sleep ever!!". Ugh. Thanks, buddy.
