Experience Guest Unable to Review

Hi all,

 

I am new to hosting an experience on airbnb!

 

I teach a hike and painting class in my area.

 

Recently, I had my first guest who I exchanged contact info with after the experience. She has informed me that she is unable to write a review.

 

The app keep telling her that she, "does not have permission to access this resource".

 

Is there any suggestions with directions for me to suggest her to "gain access", or is this something wrong on my end?

 

I have already mentioned that if she is on her mobile, she should try switching from app to website, and vice versa.

If guests or hosts miss the review period, then is no way to publish review.

Your guest will not be able to write a review after 14 days.

 

You could screenshot it and add it as a picture in your listing if you want to have it included somewhere.
