Fake customer service agent

I received a booking from a fake guest -and I called Airbnb's customer service to sort it out. I came directly through instead of as usual getting a call back from Airbnb. I spoke with a completely messy, highjacking customer service agent who turned every letter against me on every sentence, saying all the opposite data you would ask for. This customer service agent said Airbnb couldn't find my account nor number. Since I know the booking request was fake due to a hacking problem I'm having, I wonder if any other host has experienced the same problem with Airbnb? I'm wondering what this is.

@Magdalena231 I am interested to know why you think the guest is fake. Did they book through Airbnb or outside the platform?
