False advertising

False advertising

Hi, how can you notify Airbnb that the property they are advertising is is just rubbish and not what is advertised,  and if I could get my money back would leave in a heartbeat, have taken plenty of photos and contemplating sending with complete to  A Current Affair as this is discussing false advertising and a rip off to consumers

@Teresa1787  If the listing is substantially different and/or missing amenities you should take photos, evidence etc and contact the host in the first instance and ask them to resolve issues.  If they do not resolve them within a reasonable amount of time then you need to contact Airbnb and ask them to step in.  The following link provides more detailed information for you.

We have taken many photos, for “Review” , unfortunately there was no where else to go to everything in Exmouth booked out- luckily our children have a house booked and we where able to utilise visiting them daily and just sleeping in the shoebox - as they have left we are also leaving early , cannot spend any longer in this place - star rating 0
