Today I had a "booking" for a weekend in July. But in actual fact the message was from someone offering changeover cleaning services. I now have to decline the booking, does anyone know if this affects my Superhosts status? Thanks in advance

An inquiry you just reply to within 24 hours. A booking request decline won't affect anything. Do have a look at Airbnb Help it's a great resource for Q&As around how the system works.
I would also flag this profile with Airbnb to stop her using the booking system to spam hosts.
