Filing claim under Extenuating Circumstances Policy

Hi team,

 

I am trying to file claim under Extenuating Circumstances Policy for a booking cancelled for this month due to COVID-19.


I cannot find a way to do so.

Airbnb support is not responding to my messages. Tried twitter option too, which does not work either.

 

Just curious, why Airbnb platform does not offer clear shot way to file claim.

What claim are you filing, @Denny52 ?  Are you cancelling a reservation? There is a good summary of the policy here in the CC.  Calling is a good way to qualify for the policy.  The system is overwhelmed, but calling very early in the morning is best.
