First Family Vacation

I would like for my immediate Family (My Sisters and their Children and Grand Children) to experience a real vacation together that won’t break the bank therefore I thought since were in the Philadelphia and Delaware area Virginia would be a great place the problem is there are approximately 15 kids and 10 Adults we need a big place maybe 2 if they are close together any suggestions trying to go June 19 to 26

I'm in Australia so I don't know the Virginia area at all.

However I would think the best starting point would be to search for reservations that can accommodate large numbers of people  - you enter the number of guests when you are searching.

I just had a quick try  -  I wasn't able to enter more than 10 children all up ( 5 children, 5 infants) and 16 adults - not quite the way your group is composed but the right totals.  

I got 93 hits for Virginia for the dates you are after.

I would check through these - find places that meet your costs expectations and contact the host regarding the dynamics of your group...

You would probably be best looking for operators that specialise in large listing @Gwendolyn33 , rather than operators like Airbnb.

The offical airbnb limit on airbnb is 16 (although some hosts do have more space  and will provide you with a quote for higher numbers)
