Form Aid fund for Super hosts

Does anyone know where to find the direct link to the form for Aid fund for Super hosts?

Same question for this fund:  if a guest cancels a reservation for check-in between March 14 and May 31 due to a COVID-19-related reason, Airbnb will pay the host 25% of what they would normally receive through their cancellation policy.

I’m a super host in Holland, I hope these programs and funds are for all international hosts.

@Ronald208   There is not an application form for this aid fund. It's "invitation only." That caveat relieves them of any obligation to have a fair and transparent application process.
