Fraud / Scam by delivery of goods? Betrug durch Warenanlieferung?

Fraud by delivery of goods? My guest wanted to know if he can have goods from online shops sent to my address. I declined. I also informed him via Airbnb that he was not allowed to do so. Today I found out that he changed the bell and mailbox sign with my name. To use a new name on it. He did not use his own name. How do I proceed? Airbnb is not answering at the moment. Where can I read what to do? Who has experience with this?

Das habe ich abgelehnt. und es ihm per Nachricht über Airbnb auch mitgeteilt das er das nicht darf. Heute habe ich festgestellt das er das klingel und Briefkasten schild mit meinem Namen ausgetauscht hat. Um daruf einen neuen Namen zu verwenden. Er hat nicht seinen eigenen Namen verwendet. Wie gehe ich vor? Airbnb meldetsich zur zeit nicht. wo kann ich nachlesen was zu tun ist? Wer hat dazu erfahrung?

This would make me very uncomfortable and I'd be straight onto Airbnb to say as much, @Claus-Stefan0. I'd suggest this is very dodgy behaviour and enough to ask Airbnb to end the reservation.

Thanks for answering me right away. I agree with you and I agree that airbnb should cancel the reservation immediately and the guest should move out. I think this is the only right way to proceed. Especially as I have written a message to him (Aibnb) that he should contact me if he wants to have goods delivered so that I can give him an address where I can have this under control. Unfortunately Aibnb doesn't answer at the moment - telephone hotline and messages go nowhere. Do they have a fraud department that knows how to deal with fraud? So that I can get a procedure from airbnb on how to handle it without any hassle.

In this link I just found all the support numbers. And I had someone from Airbnb on the phone. They are now taking care of it directly.
