Hello everyone,
I would like to propose to you a game a little bit different from the ones we usually prepare, inspired by a Japanese word game: Shiritori. In turn, each of you will post one word and each word must start with the last syllable of the word before it.
In order to keep the topic organised and allow for a bit of escapism, let’s only use words corresponding to destinations, e.g. countries, cities, regions, mountains, lakes, monuments.
Here is an example to demonstrate this:
Doncaster > Donnington
Now it's up to you to take the next step!
Wishing you all a lovely week ahead 🙂

Bahahahaha. Sounds like a plan, cos my word is too hard. I have one idea that is borderline. There’s probably somewhere in China that begins with gao
Hi @Mike-And-Jane0, this also another great example on how diverse everyone on the community is! 😃 (But this time you got me haha)
This post is great entertainment 🤣
I think we should change Versailles to Vermont. It’ll be much easier to get the next place.
But Montpelier is in Vermont - it's the capital of the state - so you can't really leave Vermont to go to Montpelier 😂😂😂. But you can go from Vermont to Montana!
Or Vermont - Montreal - Alabama...
@Mike-And-Jane0 It doesn’t start with the last syllable of the previous word, which @Sarah977 already pointed out.
Silesia - Siargao (phillipines). (spelling, not pronunciation)
Silesia > Amsterdam (pronunciation not spelling)
Amsterdam -> Dambulla (pronunciation and spelling) 😆
hello, i already did the silesia one.......
lol.
but ok, moving on!
@Quincy I don't understand how Doncaster -> Donnington works if you use the last syllable of the previous word to start the new word. Shouldn't it be more like Doncaster -> Terre Haute?
