Hi everyone 👋

This week, we're jet-setting across Europe in a game exploring some of its most iconic cities and must-visit spots. 🔥

Here's how it works - we've scattered clues for you below. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decipher these hints and drop the name of the location in the comments. Heads up 🙌 the map number is a nifty guide to the whereabouts of the city/place, but it might not be pinpoint accurate. To keep the game fair and fun, let's stick to one guess per comment 😊

Got a travel tale or two about these places? Or perhaps your listing is right in one of these locations? We'd love for you to share your experiences!

@Ann72 Vienna is correct!

Did you know that I once danced a waltz with my English teacher in front of class in high school? Front - right - together, back - left - together. I don't think I'll ever forget that moment!

That's correct @J-Renato0, When did you have the opportunity to visit the Acropolis of Athens? Would you recommend a specific time of the year to go? I'm curious to know about your itinerary. Is it worth going for about two days?

All your comments and suggestions are more than welcome 😁

Hi @Paula

I visited Athens in 2015, during the European Spring time. From my taste and poitn of view it is the best time to visit most European countries, including Greece.

I think that 3 nights  (2 entire days) is worth ( a weekend trip). You can visit the Acropolis and some other attractions (ancient architectural sites in the city).

However, if you want to enjoy lots of Athens and surrounding areas attractions, I think that you should think in terms of 4 days at least, considering one 1 day for a day trip to some island or another city.

@Paula   26 is München. I was there once, but not during the Oktober Fest. The biggest beer mugs I ever seen it was in Munich.

Just out of curiousity, in the south of Brazil, there is also an Oktober Fest. It takes place every year in Blumenau CIty, founded by german immigrants.

@J-Renato0 München/Munich is correct! Did you see how they carry those beer mugs?

I've heard about the Oktoberfest in Blumenau! One of my friends from Porto Alegre told me about it, it's such a beautiful city as well. He also told me about Florianópolis so I have quite a tour planned for when I come visit. 😉

@Sybe

Well... when visiting germany,  I noticed that the germans really love beer ! And they create all the means to enjoy it in a large amount. Big mugs, big tulips... 🍺

Yes, Blumenau is interesting indeed, and Florianópolis is beautiful city with local beaches and also in nearby areas. I never been there, but someday I will visit it.

I have been to Blumenau but not for the Oktober fest. I am retired from drinking beer and spirits. However there there are interisting attractions that has to do with german culture and good food.

I believe you will enjoy both cities.
