Guest Enquiry cannot book as they cannot load pictures to their profile

 HI All 

I have  a potential guest wanting to book but cannot do so as she cannot load a picture to her profile.

I have not heard of anyone being unable to upload a picture to a profile ( very standard procedure) so am somewhat concerned especially as she is saying that she has booked through airB&B many times before but is currently showing 0 reviews 

IS she a potential scammer? Any ideas suggestions would be welcome

@Peter3178  If she says she's booked many times theoygh Airbnb, yet doesn't have one review and has never uploaded a photo, then, yes, that sounds highly suspicious. 

She is either a scammer, or thinks hosts are stupid and at the very least is a liar.

There is also the possibility that she is trying to open a new profile to get rid of bad reviews.

Sounds like trouble and a bad review.  Personally, I  would walk away.
