Can anyone help please? I have been trying to contact Air b n b all night after I spotted a rogue booking on one available date and a few days that were blocked off. My listing is new but I was a super host before in my old house before I moved - it appears I don't have permissions to access the help desk.
My friend contacted them via her account and I was sent an 020 number but this will not put you through and just has prompts to send links which are dudd.
This is stopping me earning money over a peak weekend in a few weeks.
The date I had no choice to cancel has now blocked one of the available dates which means I now can't take a booking. If anyone knows how to contact the help desk please on email I have tried all the twitter accounts with no response. There is no access on my dashboard it just goes round in circles to the faqs.
any help much appreciated.
