Guest: cancellation of stay 28+ days, when to leave?

Hi,

I would like to understand what exactly it means if I cancel a trip, that lasts longer than 28 days 48 hours after check-in? It says I get a 100% refund minus the cleaning fee and service charge and the booking cost of the subsequent 30 days after cancellation date.

Can I then at least stay 30 days after the cancellation or do I have to leave the accommodation on the day of cancellation?

If you cancel a long term stay reservation, then you have to leave on date of cancellation.

(allthough still max 30 nights need to be paid, as mentioned in the long term stay cancellation policy).

If you want to stay 30 nigths of reservation booked for longer time period, then ask the host if he/she is willing to shorten the reservation to 30 nighs (and not charging you another 30 nights because of the policy).
