Guest damage

Probably been talked about many times but I have damage. The boat lift cable on the dock is broken and a toilet seat. The boat lift was inspected and services 2 weeks ago and the toilet seat was brand new. The toilet seat is odd damage but not a huge hit on the bank account. The boat lift cable is going to be a few dollars. Maybe I am just venting here. Thank you regardless.

Such a big hit to take on my first rental but you are right. Now how to provide a review that won't sound bitter.
