Guest lack of info

Does anyone else find it really annoying that guests often do not tell us who is coming or if they are bringing pets.  l already send numerous texts, what does everyone else do about this.

I add my information requirements into my information for Instant Book @Nicola1758 

Only about half the guests provide it.

I chase when I confirm the booking. And then sometimes have to send a follow up message.

If they don't reply I ask Airbnb to chase.

A lot of work for basic information isn't it Helen.  l almost feel like putting on my site incase of emergency its everyone for themselves because l haven't a clue who's staying on my property!
