System Errors cause my listings disappeared

Hello Commuinty,

I've been a host for several years, two days ago I invited my friend to book my accommodation yet none of my listings can be found. I looked detail into my account and found the occupancy rate is 100% and unblocked nights is 0, how ridiculous it is. I called customer service yet they don't know how this situation happened to me.  I spent hours to change the listing and it turns out the problem is on the airbnb system.

Any Help or suggestion would be appreciated.

I have  big PROBLEM. I cannot enter in my listing as a host - only as a GUEST! I cannot see anything, nothing! As though I want to be a guest to my own airbnb flat. HELP!!!!!different problem - but not far away from yours. I cannot enter into my listing to change anything! And unlike you - I cannot contact anyone from Airbnb -  I cannot ask HELP - I have no access to anything but to my listing as a guest!
